با احترام؛
نظر به این که فرانسه به عنوان کشوری
آزاد، دموکرات و پیشرفته مطرح بوده و در دنیای امروز، مهد فرهنگ و تمدن
نوین شناخته می شود، از طرف خود و بسیاری دیگر از زندانیان سیاسی، سفر قریب
الوقوع تان به ایران را خوشامد می گویم.
ضمن یادآوری این واقعیت که پس از
توافق اخیر با باند ستمگر حاکم بر ایران، شرایط جدیدی پدیدار آمده از
جنابعالی به عنوان یک مقام عالی رتبه فرانسوی، بسیار بیشتر از هر مقام
اروپایی دیگر، انتظار می رود که همچون مذاکرات هسته ای، در این سفر نیز
سوابق فجیع رژیم در زمینه نقض فاحش حقوق بشر را به چالش گرفته به ویژه
زندانیان سیاسی، امنیتی، عقیدتی و... را بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار دهید.
در این رابطه رسیدگی به وضعیت آن
دسته از زندانیان سیاسی که بعضا سکولار بوده و به اتهام فعالیت های مسالمت
جویانه در چارچوب اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد، بیش از یک دهه
از عمر ارزشمند خود را در شرایط بسیار اسفناک، درون سیاهچال های قرون
وسطایی باند مافیا گذرانده اند، ضرورت عاجل دارد.
این گونه زندانیان علاوه بر تحمل
شکنجه های سیستماتیک جسمی و روحی مرسوم، اموال شان را نیز عوامل
اطلاعاتی-امنیتی به غارت برده و خانواده های شان را تا آنجا در تنگنا قرار
داده اند که حتی حق کار کردن در بخش خصوصی نیز از آنان سلب گردیده است.
زیرا که به محض اطلاع با یک تلفن کوتاه از سوی نیروهای اطلاعاتی-امنیتی،
علیرغم برخورداری شایسته از الزامات شغل مربوطه، بلافاصله اخراج می شوند.
وحوش امنیتی فقیه به این هم بسنده
نکرده، هر یک از دوستان که توان یا جرأت کمک مالی به خانواده اینگونه
زندانیان را داشته، تحت اتهام واهی "کمک به گروه های معاند"، چنان در معرض
تهدید قرار داده اند که پس از سال ها، ناچار به قطع دائم دوستی های دیرینه
شده اند.
جناب آقای فابیوس؛
از طرف خانواده خود و بسیاری دیگر از
زندانیان قدیمی، ابراز امیدواری می نمایم که فرصت اینگونه مراودات را
غنیمت شمرده، برای مهار ستمگری های وحشیانه رژیم که به اعتبار جهانی
کشورهای غربی مذاکره کننده لطمه می زند، از اعمال هر گونه فشار به منظور
کسب موافقت برای سفر مقامات حقوق بشری سازمان ملل به ریاست گزارشگر ویژه
جناب آقای احمد شهید، دریغ نورزید. باشد که ابتکار عمل جنابعالی برای گشایش
شایسته در باب موضوعات حقوق بشری نیز مفید به فایده گردد.
پیشاپیش از بذل توجه عالی قدردانی می گردد.

۲۵ جولای Dear Mr. FabiusWe, the people of Iran, do recognize France, not only as a free, democratic state and a developed
country, but also as the cradle of culture and civilization in the modern era.
On behalf of many long standing political prisoners, I welcome your imminent trip to Iran, right after the recent agreement called "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action".
We cordially welcome your trip. because, we strongly believe that such visits made by a prominent French official, contrary to other European trade-minded figures, can not and will not be declined to merely commercial matters.
Therefore, putting into consideration the critical, harsh background of the Iranian brutal regime's record on human rights, we urgently expect you to seize the opportunity and try your best to exert enormous pressure on the authorities in Tehran, in order to gain their consent, letting the United Nation's human rights delegation headed by Mr. Ahmad Shahid, pay an official visit to Iran, concerning all political and non-political prisoners, especially those who have been held behind bars for more than a decade, just because they believe in "secularity" and are bound to the "universal declaration of human rights".
Noble Iranian political prisoners are totally independent activists and accordingly, do not benefit, directly or indirectly, from the regime's corrupt apparatus, which as a matter of fact is consisted of different grouplets of belligerent bandits, thugs, looters, outlaws and other violent gangs, altogether, forming a medieval criminal regime.
Thus, being under constant physical and psychological torture both themselves and their honorable families. To let you know such dissidents are doomed to being totally ransacked, every once in a while and their most qualified educated family members are not entitled to hold even a non-state job in private sectors' vast areas in order to earn a decent living, because the savage security forces manage to fire them by a single call to their employer, as soon as they find out.
Moreover, whomever dare to help them financially, will end up in jail, under the allegation "backing up hostile groups"!?
From the very bottom of our hearts, we are looking forward to seeing you visit a free, democratic Iran some day in near future and demand french people to help us in any possible way in the bumpy path towards that promising day.
