Akam Talaj (25 years old), was shot by Iranian regime forces at close distance by a rifle during the massive Mahabad demonstrations. He is suffering from serious internal bleeding, said one report. Akam is currently in critical condition. He is a student of Mahabad University.
Last week, demonstrators took to the streets to condemn the death of Farinaz Khosrawani, a female hotel employee that threw herself off the fourth floor to avoid rape by an Iranian regime intelligence officer.
